About Us

Hello, I’m Dr. Debra Yerman, D.C.

I’m so glad you found me. As a lifelong chiropractor with over 35 years of experience, I feel so blessed to be doing what I do—following my passion in service of your good health. I am continuously amazed and grateful to see how well my techniques have worked in helping my patients get well.

What brings you here today?

My patients come to me for many reasons—they fall, twist, and overreach. They live with worry, stress, and anxiety.  And, of course, in this day of cell phones and computers, repetitive movements bring a whole new wave of injuries and concerns that manifest in pain and body trauma.

Of course, regardless of your specific ailments, I welcome the opportunity to restore you to good health in as few visits as possible. And, whether you come through my door once a month, every few months, or twice a year, I appreciate how you listen to your body and do what is right for your healing.  You deserve to live a healthy life. And I’d love to help.

Dr. Debra Yerman, D.C.

How periodic chiropractic adjustments can help you

Of course, it is also my hope that you will consider periodic adjustments. Chiro is part of a wellness lifestyle. You don’t eat healthy for one day, then announce you don’t need to eat healthy anymore. Good health means you need to be proactive and always one step ahead. Periodic adjustments can help you in your journey to an active and healthy life.

  • Periodic adjustments help prevent the ill effects of many of the micro-traumas in our lives. They keep the nervous system functioning well.

  • Periodic adjustments make sure things are working properly in your entire body so that you can reduce the possibility of relapse.

  • Periodic adjustments, like all maintenance care, prevent those minor stresses from becoming major problems. Remember, it’s always easier to keep joints moving than getting stuck joints moving again.

  •  Finally, no matter what happens in life, it always takes more time and money to fix something broke than to prevent something from breaking down in the first place.

Good advice for us all. Of course, whether you need short-term care for a specific ailment, or periodic adjustments to keep you healthy and fit, I am here to serve your health needs.

Call the office today, and let’s talk about your good health.

Meet Quennie Chavez

Office Manager

Since I was 7 years old, I’ve suffered horribly with migraines. All that changed the day I started getting chiropractic adjustments. Within months of my first adjustment, my migraines were gone and my life was returned to me.

Because of that life changing experience, I started working for chiropractors, which led me to my all-time favorite chiropractor, Dr. Debbie Yerman. Her office is joyous and filled with much love and dedication. It is here where I feel like I’m making a true difference.

I’m married with three wonderful children. When not working, I like cooking, sports, music, and, of course, getting to know the many wonderful patients who walk through our doors.
